You have a solid track record of implementing ERP systems with a primary focus on P2P processes and possess strong skills in configuring these systems to support the same. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain - P2P
Proven experience with ERP systems, including hands-on implementation
In-depth experience with SAP S4 HANA
Demonstrated experience in implementing ERP systems with a focus on P2P processes
Strong skills in configuring ERP systems to support P2P processes
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

THE ROLE:

As an ERP P2P Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design and implementation of procurement-to-pay (P2P) processes within our ERP system. You will collaborate closely with business units, the ERP program team, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and data readiness. Your expertise in ERP systems, particularly SAP S4 HANA, and your extensive experience in P2P processes will be crucial in driving the success of our ERP initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Functional Design Leadership: Collaborate with the ERP program team and business units to lead the functional design efforts for SCM, focusing on the P2P process
Data Readiness Support: Act as the primary interface with the data readiness team to ensure data quality and accuracy for P2P processes
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work effectively with system integrators (SI) and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation of P2P processes
Configuration and Implementation: Oversee the configuration of ERP systems to meet P2P requirements, ensuring that all implementations are completed according to project timelines and specifications
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with teams to implement changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the P2P process
