ERP Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) wanted!
Do you want to actively shape business processes, drive digital solutions forward, and act as a central interface between business departments and IT? Then become part of our team and support us in continuously developing our ERP landscape and making it future-proof.
The following tasks await you:
- Support, further development and optimization of our ERP system and the associated processes.
- Analysis of existing business processes and identification of optimization potential in the specialist departments.
- Recording, evaluating and implementing requirements from the areas of sales, purchasing, production, logistics and administration.
- Consulting and support for specialist departments in the efficient use of the ERP system.
- Coordination and support of ERP projects and system expansions.
- Creation of technical concepts, process documentation and user documentation.
- Conducting tests, error analyses and quality assurance measures.
- Support in the introduction of new features, modules and digital solutions.
- Training and support for key users and end users.
- Collaboration with external service providers, software vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Evaluation and analysis of data to support informed business decisions.
- Participation in the digital transformation and continuous improvement of the system landscape.
We expect the following from you:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience as an ERP Consultant, ERP Key User, Business Analyst or in a comparable position.
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems and business processes.
- Understanding of processes in the areas of purchasing, sales, production, logistics and finance.
- Experience in the analysis, modeling, and optimization of business processes.
- High affinity for IT and interest in digital technologies and system solutions.
- Analytical thinking skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical matters in an understandable way.
- Initiative, a sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of collaborating with different departments.
- Ideally, experience in project management and in managing external service providers.
