ERP Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (m/f/d) Full-time at the Cologne location

As part of our team, you will advise and support companies in the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM solutions. You will contribute your expertise, develop your skills, and actively shape the digital future. Your responsibilities:

• Consulting and support for B2B customers regarding ERP software solutions

• Conducting software training courses and workshops

• Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments

• Analysis and optimization of customer processes

• Presentation and demos of software solutions for new customers. Your profile:

• Initial practical experience in the field of business software (knowledge of DATEV, SAP or similar is an advantage)

• Alternatively, professional experience in a relevant field

• Enjoyment of independent, structured and data-driven work

• Team player with strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Ability to explain complex issues in an understandable way and to summarize them concisely

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Fluent German and English skills are an advantage.
