We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Developer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This role focuses on designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet the needs of our retail and warehousing operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in AL programming, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to ensure seamless system functionality.

• Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL language to support business operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement solutions tailored to retail and warehousing environments.
• Optimize system functionality for supply chain, inventory management, and order processing workflows.
• Integrate third-party applications and tools to enhance the functionality of the Business Central platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.
• Provide technical documentation and training to team members and end-users as required.
• Leverage Microsoft Power BI and related tools to create insightful reports and dashboards.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for source control, deployment, and project tracking.
• Follow best practices in development, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development, with proficiency in AL and C/AL programming.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, retail, and warehousing processes, including inventory and order management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, and other related technologies.
• Knowledge of integration with retail or warehouse management systems.
• Experience with .NET development and other programming languages is an asset.
• Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for source control and deployment processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development certifications are highly desirable.
