Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Systems Integration (Big-4 or specialized advisory experience is highly preferred).
Platform Expertise: Proven track record of advising on or managing large-scale implementations of Tier-1 ERP or CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce).
Required Certifications: Relevant project management or architectural certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, TOGAF) or platform-specific functional certifications.
Strong understanding of data governance, cloud architecture, and the shared responsibility model.
Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive consensus across diverse business units.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:Design and build SAP extensions using clean-core principles
Develop ABAP solutions using RAP, CDS, ABAP Objects and OData services
Build and maintain SAP BTP applications and services using CAP, HANA Cloud, Cloud Foundry or Kyma
Develop integrations using SAP Integration Suite/CPI, including mappings, scripting, APIs and adapters
Build Fiori Elements, SAPUI5 applications, launchpad content and user-facing extensions
Create workflows, business rules, forms, reports and analytical views
Develop SuccessFactors extensions, integrations and custom MDF solutions
Build governed tools and APIs that allow AI agents to work safely with SAP data
Implement retrieval, grounding, vector search, model integrations and AI evaluation processes
Apply security controls such as authorisation checks, OAuth2, least privilege, data protection and audit logging
Ensure solutions include monitoring, error handling, testing, documentation and support runbooks
Support the S/4HANA 2025 upgrade, custom-code remediation and regression testing
Work closely with Finance, HR, integration, security and AI teams to deliver reliable solutions
Challenge specifications that create unnecessary customisation, technical debt or security risks
