PRIMARY PURPOSE:

In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure our business systems run smoothly and align with strategic goals. You’ll support key functions with accurate reporting and KPI tracking, enabling timely, data-driven decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with business units, IT, and vendors to identify system requirements and deliver process solutions.
• Manage and support the development, testing, and implementation of business systems.
• Maintain user access, security settings, and system privileges.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolve system bugs.
• Handle service tickets and change requests—writing specifications and coordinating testing.
• Monitor and maintain data quality—facilitating cleansing initiatives and ensuring accuracy.
• Provide training and support materials for system users.
