POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ERP Developer with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting ERP solutions, including custom applications, integrations, reports, and workflows. This role requires deep technical expertise in D365FO, Azure DevOps, Power BI, and related Microsoft technologies, along with a strong understanding of financial and procurement processes.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEEDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred but not mandatory).

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years of overall application development experience, with at least 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics ERP Suite (D365FO/AX).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• 5+ years of SQL development (querying, troubleshooting, reporting).
• 3+ years of X++, C#, .NET development for D365FO/AX.
• 3+ years of SSRS, Power BI, and Management Reporter development.
• 3+ years of AIF (Application Integration Framework) services and D365FO integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Azure services (Logic Apps, Machine Learning, CoPilot).

FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE

• Deep understanding of Finance & Procurement processes (General Ledger, AP, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).
• Experience with SDLC methodologies and ERP implementation best practices.

SOFT SKILLS

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with functional analysts, business users, and IT teams.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience with ISV solutions for D365FO.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, and advanced analytics.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration in ERP systems.

• Design, develop, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, including entities, financial modules, operations, forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Customize D365FO using X++, C#, .NET, and OOP methodologies to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports, Power BI dashboards, and Management Reporter solutions.
• Implement and optimize data integrations between D365FO and external systems using OData, Custom Services, Data Management, and AIF (Application Integration Framework).
• Utilize Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines) for automated builds, deployments, and release management.
