Description

* Provide overall leadership and ownership of ERP implementation and ongoing operations within the Technology function, acting as the design authority for ERP-related solutions in close collaboration with enterprise and solution architects. * Serve as the primary senior interface with Business Units, translating strategic and operational requirements into scalable ERP solutions, while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and technology standards. * Lead engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and system integrators, to design, approve, and govern new integrations and enhancements to existing ERP integrations. * Own and govern capacity planning, license management, and system scalability, ensuring optimal utilization of ERP resources, cost efficiency, and uninterrupted business continuity. * Oversee and ensure effective support of Oracle Cloud ERP modules including Financials (G/L, A/P, Fixed Assets, Cash Management), Procurement, HCM, and Supply Chain Management, driving efficient, compliant, and cost-effective solutions across domains. * Lead the Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) release management process, including impact assessment, pre-production testing, validation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication to minimize business disruption. * Provide managerial oversight of ERP-related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, budget adherence, and alignment with Vodafone Qatar’s strategic priorities. * Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.
