Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled ERP & EDI Administrator for one of our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based ERP systems and EDI processes.
  • Proficiency in network administration and security.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Cloud-Based ERP: Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our cloud-based ERP system to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • ERP Automation Scripting: Writing scripts to automate repetitive tasks within the ERP system.
  • EDI Management: Handle the setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes to facilitate seamless data exchange with partners and clients.
  • Internal Network Management: Maintain and support the company’s internal network infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding Employees: Manage the IT aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, access provisioning, and hardware setup.
  • System Security: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data and systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees, resolving IT-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Backup and Recovery: Ensure regular backups of critical systems and data, and manage disaster recovery plans.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.
