Job Description: ERP Engineer

JOB SUMMARY

Dynamic and detail-oriented Process Engineer to assist in the cross-departmental implementation of our new ERP system. Strong background in process engineering and cross-functional project management, as well as experience in ERP systems and continuous improvement.

EDUCATION / TRAINING

B. S. degree in Engineering, Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

EXPERIENCE

3-7 yrs in process engineering, operations, or ERP-related roles possibly in a manufacturing environment.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Prior experience with ERP implementation/management (e.g., Sage x3, SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Epicor, etc.).
Proficient in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Bizagi…) and project management tools.
Excellent communication, facilitation, skills.
Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement certification are a plus
Determination to accomplish goals.
Flexibility is an important personal characteristics.
Ability to work in a team and share responsibilities and tasks
Capable of working with others
Availability to travel to Italy as needed

Responsibilities

The individual must be a reliable, accurate and enthusiastic team member
Tasks include but are not limited to:
1. Work directly with the IT Department of the Italian Headquarters
2. Map, analyze, and optimize processes throughout the whole activities of the company. (Sales, Purchasing, Production, Accounting, Customer Service, Quality, Shipping and Receiving.
3. Perform any other duties assigned by the company that are legal, safe, and deemed necessary by management.
