Your mission We are looking for an ERP Finance Consultant (Freelance) to support the finance workstream during a critical ERP implementation and go-live phase. Type: Freelance Location: Remote / Hybrid Duration: 3-4 months (extension possible) Commitment: minimum 30 hours per week Start: immediately Key Responsibilities: Lead the finance-related ERP setup and configuration within Odoo Configure the accounting environment and ensure compliance with accounting requirements Set up and validate accounts, rules, settings and structures Execute and validate clean extraction, mapping, and successful data transfer/migration of financial data from DATEV (and Moss) into Odoo, ensuring zero data loss and flawless opening balances Design and implement dual accounting structures (HGB, IFRS, US GAAP) Test and validate financial transactions and reporting accuracy before the go-live Support the ERP go-live activities from a finance perspective Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to internal stakeholders Your profile Several years of experience implementing finance ERP systems, including go-live support Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is strongly preferred Deep knowledge of core accounting and financial reporting processes Proven experience supporting ERP go-live projects, ideally in a start-up environment Familiar with setting up HGB and IFRS / US. Responsibilities
