QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Related University Degree in Business or Technology.
  • 2 years of directly related experience with ERP implementation within a Functional role.
  • Oracle Cloud SCM knowledge and experience required.
  • Understanding and previous experience with the SCM P2P space is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with good time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is preferred.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an SCM P2P ERP Functional Analyst to provide expertise and support across all ERP functional areas, including Data Conversion, Business Process & Design, System and Process Testing, Training, and Change Management. This role will focus on key areas in the Procure to Pay space, including Vendor Master and Corporate Expenses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide expertise and support in all ERP functional areas such as Data Conversion, Business Process & Design, System and Process Testing, Training, and Change Management.
  • Support the SCM team to ensure scope and deliverables meet program timelines and key dates.
  • Identify issues and challenges, support resolution, and escalate as required.
  • Support requirements gathering and to-be processes within the SCM space.
  • Participate and assist with data profiling, cleansing, and validation.
  • Execute testing activities in all test cycles to ensure identified business requirements are being met.
  • Track and report to the Functional Lead on the status of activities in the testing and conversion cycles.
  • Ensure key stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle and provide input into the development and delivery of training documentation.
