This role will focus on assisting users with system-related issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, as well as working closely with cross-functional teams.
Your expertise will help maximize the benefits of the EBS/Cloud ERP system, improving business processes and supporting users in achieving operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Provide functional support to managed services customers for Oracle EBS and Fusion across Financials, Procurement and Projects (modules).
  • Responsible for dealing with incidents, requests, changes, and problems while liaising with technical support and service delivery teams.
  • Responsible for end-to-end support of Oracle customers through Incident, Problem and Change management and ad hoc project requirements (providing estimates and implementing changes).
  • Provide advice and guidance to customers verbally or in writing on a timely basis, according to defined SLAs; Maintain a record of all communication and actions in Jira Service Management and other time tracking applications.
  • Lead individual service improvement initiatives identified by the Team Lead/ Team and ensure their delivery.
  • Identify and drive automation opportunities to improve team efficiency.
  • Analyze and identify repeating issues and problems in order to fix problems, providing workarounds and/or create knowledge document in line with problem management practices.
  • Identify and contribute towards continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures and Support Documentation.
  • Identify and manage risks to the customer and/or escalate to Service Delivery Management. Maintain and develop technical knowledge and skills.
  • Responsible for functional pre-sales and support transitions, providing support on a 24x7 basis for critical incidents via shift rotation and evaluating and promoting new technologies and enhancements.
  • Understanding of Human Resources (Module) as well as writing SQL queries and ITIL awareness.
    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and 6 years of experience supporting financials, procurement, and projects within Oracle Fusion modules and Oracle EBS required. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and 6 years’ experience supporting financials, procurement, and projects within Oracle Fusion modules EBS, will accept 8 years of experience supporting financials, procurement, and projects within Oracle Fusion modules and Oracle EBS required plus Oracle Certification. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
