POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As part of strengthening our Microsoft Dynamics 365 team, CGI in Montreal is seeking a motivated and passionate ERP Functional Analyst. You will play a key role in the digital transformation of our clients by translating business needs into concrete solutions using Business Central.

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in business needs analysis workshops (finance, logistics, maintenance).
• Write functional specifications and document business processes.
• Configure Business Central modules based on client requirements.
• Coordinate functional testing and validation with users.
• Prepare and deliver training for internal teams and clients.
• Provide post-deployment support and assist with ongoing solution improvements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• Reside in the province of Quebec.
• Already legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Bilingual: Comfortable communicating in both French and English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in functional analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial or logistics processes.
• Proficient with Teams, Jira, and Confluence tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments / Release Management.
• Strong communication, simplification, and client workshop facilitation skills.
