Description 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials ERP Functional Analyst (GL, AHCS) 10+ years of experience in business analyst/ERP implementation Proven track record of leading successful ERP projects Strong understanding of ERP Cloud systems, modules (AP/AR/FA/CE) and with good understanding of Business Process Flows Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate complex concepts into actionable plans Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and integration methodologies Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Service Now) Experience with integration tools and practices for ERP systems Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team empowerment and collaboration Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges, with a strong attention to detail.
