As an ERP Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of our Dynamics 365 processes. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes, enhancing system capabilities, and driving technological advancements. Additionally, you will provide essential support to users, ensuring they have the resources and assistance needed to effectively utilize Dynamics 365. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Be a key player in the support and evolution of our F&O system, particularly focused on logistics. Implementation of new modules, integrations, and system upgrades with minimal business disruption. Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of the D365 Finance and Operations platform. Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Create requirements for customizations and enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and improve system processes. Build reports and dashboards to support business decision-making and monitor system health. Requirements KEY REQUIREMENTS Must: 2+ years of experience implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365, including global legal entity rollouts. You have a solid background in logistics processes and understand the operational challenges and opportunities within warehouse environments. Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, functionality, and administration. Basic experience with D365 development lifecycle (environments, deployments, version control, releases, hotfix strategy). Ability to create or support technical artifacts such as data mapping documents, interface specifications, technical troubleshooting guides Relevant education in Finance, Business Administration, IT, or a related field; Microsoft certifications are a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Strong plus: Ability to read and understand X++ code to support troubleshooting and validate customization logic Experience with integrations and APIs, such as: OData, REST services Data entities and DMF (Data Management Framework) Azure Logic Apps / Azure Functions (conceptually or hands-on)
