ABOUT THE JOB

As our ERP Functional Analyst, you will:

• Collaborate with process owners to analyze workflows and identify ERP improvement opportunities.
• Define and translate user requirements into functional specifications and analyses.
• Collaborate with the ERP Application Specialist to design, test, and validate ERP solutions.
• Train users and teams on the effective use of ERP and maintain documentation of system configurations and processes.
• Stay up to date on ERP and ICT developments and evaluate new trends for potential implementation.
• Report to the ICT Manager and work closely together with the global ICT team.
