Responsibilities:

  • Clients’ finance and accounting requirement study, understand clients’ financial workflows
  • Configure finance template such as invoice, receipt, payment voucher, accounting voucher, and financial statement.
  • Deliver implementation services of Yonyou Finance and accounting module (cloud solutions), including accounting solution, system configuration, key function testing, user training, report writing, and documentation;
  • Prepare financial-related documentation and other deliverables to meet the project requirements.
  • Investigate financial-related reported problems/errors & initiate amendments & testing so that the system can operate correctly & efficiently;
  • Complete the tasks that are assigned by superiors

Requirements:

  • Graduated in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance.
  • Passionate in Business applications and cloud solutions, ERP experience is an advantage.
  • Possess strong interest in investigating and identifying causes of issues, and able to propose solutions to rectify the issue
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and good verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team contributor who can learn extremely fast, perform under pressure and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking associates.
  • Will be based in Kuala Lumpur and travel for overseas projects in Southeast Asia
