The role involves working with different departments to improve business processes and ensure the system meets operational needs. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business needs and configure ERP modules accordingly. Support ERP implementation, testing, and user training. Handle day-to-day functional issues and coordinate with technical teams. Document workflows and prepare process reports. Recommend improvements to increase system efficiency. Requirements Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Accounting, or related field. Experience: 2–4 years in ERP functional support or implementation. Skills: Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, Odoo, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics. Good understanding of finance, HR, inventory, or sales workflows. Basic SQL knowledge is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork abilities.
