• ERP Configuration & Customization: Configure modules (e.g., finance, procurement, inventory) and collaborate with technical teams for necessary extensions Jobed.ai.
• Testing & Data Migration: Define test scenarios, validate system behavior, oversee legacy data migration, and ensure data accuracy Jobed.ai+3Ultra Consultants+3Reddit+3.
• Change Management & Training: Drive user adoption through training sessions, user manuals, and managing organizational readiness .
• Go‑Live & Post-Implementation Support: Provide hands-on support during deployment and troubleshoot/report system issues thereafter Vintti+15LinkedIn+15Expertia+15.
• Documentation & Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain functional specifications, BRDs, configuration documents, and serve as the point of contact between business users and technical teams
