• Understand and analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Lead and support ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Work with ERP platforms such as Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Sage, or other enterprise ERP solutions.
• Configure ERP modules according to business requirements and industry-specific processes.
• Handle Accounting and Finance functional requirements, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Understand accounting principles and map finance and accounting processes into appropriate ERP workflows.

Job Title: SAP FICO Lead – Functional & Business Process Transformation

Experience Required: Minimum 8–10+ years of SAP FI/CO experience, including hands-on implementation, functional leadership, and delivery governance.

Role Summary

We are looking for a senior, hands-on SAP FICO Lead to drive finance process design, business process re-engineering, team leadership, and successful adoption of S/4HANA finance capabilities across the group. The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP Finance leadership, hands-on functional capability, and proven experience driving adoption across diverse business entities, including Contracting, Engineering Services, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Logistics. The role requires close collaboration with business leaders, internal teams, offshore delivery teams, and system integration partners.
