ERP Functional SME (Assessment & Advisory) Important Information Experience: more than 7 years Work Mode: Hybrid Set up 2x onsite per week in Makati City Job Summary ERP Functional SME with strong assessment and advisory capabilities. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating current business processes, performing fit-gap analysis, and providing recommendations on ERP strategy. Responsibilities and Duties Understand and document AS-IS business processes across Finance and Supply Chain Perform process mapping and detailed fit-gap analysis Benchmark current processes against industry best practices Support and validate ERP blueprinting activities Provide advisory recommendations on whether to enhance the current Oracle Fusion ERP or transition to a new ERP Support preparation of inputs for the upcoming RFP process Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional insights Role-specific Requirements Hands-on experience in end-to-end ERP implementations (from blueprinting stage) Strong experience in fit-gap analysis and business process assessment Good understanding of Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C) Proven ability to engage stakeholders and provide advisory recommendations Experience working in ERP transformation / assessment projects About Encora Encora is the preferred digital engineering and modernization partner of some of the world’s leading enterprises and digital native companies.
