18–24 Month Fixed Term Contract Blackmores is embarking on a major multi-year transformation program to modernise how the business operates across systems, processes and capabilities globally. As part of this journey, we are rolling out a global Trade Promotion Management (TPM) capability ahead of SAP S/4HANA deployment, focused on standardising rebate and promotional processes across ANZ, Greater China and SEAK. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale enterprise transformation where you will help shape future-state commercial and financial processes across a trusted global brand. About the Role The Global TPM Lead will play a critical role in the successful implementation and adoption of the Anaplan TPM platform across multiple regions. You will lead the standardisation of promotional and rebate processes, support integration with SAP S/4HANA and IBP, and help drive improved governance, automation and reporting across the business. This role sits at the intersection of business transformation, finance, commercial operations and technology. What’s in it for you • Join a major global ERP transformation early in the journey • Drive enterprise-wide process improvement and standardisation • Work across global markets including ANZ, GCR and SEAK • Partner with senior stakeholders across commercial, finance and technology teams • Play a key role in shaping future-state TPM capability and governance • Exposure to Anaplan, SAP S/4HANA and IBP in a large-scale transformation environment Key Responsibilities TPM Process Transformation • Review and improve current promotional and rebate processes across regions • Identify pain points, process gaps and opportunities for standardisation • Align TPM processes to SAP and enterprise best practice Solution Design & Deployment • Support the design and configuration of Anaplan TPM models • Validate business and functional requirements against global standards • Support phased regional rollouts and interim deployment states Data, Reporting & Integration • Ensure alignment of master data across Anaplan, SAP S/4HANA and IBP • Support integration of promotional planning, accruals and rebate management • Enable reporting, ROI analysis and scenario planning through dashboards and analytics Governance & Change Management • Implement governance frameworks and approval workflows • Drive automation and reduction of manual processes • Deliver training, stakeholder engagement and user adoption activities What We’re Looking For • Strong experience in Trade Promotion Management within FMCG or Life Sciences • Hands-on Anaplan experience, ideally TPM model exposure • Experience working with SAP S/4HANA, IBP or financial planning systems • Strong understanding of rebates, accruals and promotional planning processes • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across regional and global teams • Ability to operate in fast-paced transformation environments Desirable • Power BI experience • Experience supporting global ERP or TPM transformation programs If you’re looking to play a high-impact role in a major global transformation and help shape the future operating model of a recognised international brand, we’d love to hear from you.
