This transformation period will enable efficiencies and a reimagined employee experience as we deliver a new, enterprise-wide ERP. Reporting into the Blackmores Change Director, with a dual line into the ERP Program Director, the ERP Group Change Lead is a senior pivotal, hands-on role leading and overseeing change management activities and resources on a highly complex and significant transformation program. Collaborating with multiple stream leads and external System Integration (SI) partners, as well as leading a Change team, this role will ensure that ERP change initiatives are effectively managed and delivered across all program workstreams and Blackmores markets. This is a fixed-term role until mid 2028, primarily based in Surry Hills, NSW. What we offer? Lead a team of Change Management resources across all ERP project and regional workstreams and SI partners to ensure an aligned, consistent and effective change approach. Lead the development, mobilisation and implementation of an ERP Change Network across the organisation. Work with Change CoE Lead, Change Capability Lead and other project Change Leads to ensure that ERP change initiatives are consistent and aligned with Blackmores change management framework In collaboration with ERP Communications Lead and project Change resources, develop and deliver a comprehensive communication and engagement strategy that aligns with the organisation’s transformation goals. Oversee the development and implementation of the ERP learning strategy and plan. Who are you? Extensive experience (10+ years) leading complex transformational change projects, including ERP implementations (SAP preferred). Proven coaching and leadership skills and experience leading teams of change resources on large-scale programs Experience developing and implementing change management strategies and plans, and the ability to customise these plans to meet the unique needs of different stakeholders. Experience partnering with multiple concurrent external SI vendors in developing and executing change deliverables. Advanced understanding of change management frameworks, methodologies and tools Experience leading and mentoring a high performing Change team Prosci Change Management certification.
