  • Translate business requirements into scalable HCM solutions, functional specifications, testing strategies, and deployment plans.
  • Oversee integrations between HCM and Finance, Procurement, Learning, Recruitment, Attendance, Banking, and third-party platforms.
  • Ensure data quality, interface monitoring, reconciliation processes, reporting, HCM Extracts, and data loading governance.
  • Enhance employee experience through self-service capabilities and workforce enablement solutions.

  • Maintain HCM controls, access governance, audit readiness, data privacy, and compliance standards.
  • Manage relationships with Oracle Support, implementation partners, and technology vendors.
  • Lead workshops, solution design discussions, UAT activities, training, adoption initiatives, and knowledge transfer programs.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and monitor product, service, operational, and HR-related KPIs.
  • Measure user adoption, employee experience, business value realization, and workforce outcomes.
  • Provide clear communication on roadmap progress, delivery status, risks, and strategic decisions to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile
