SENIOR IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT – HEAVY EQUIPMENT DEALERSHIPS – REMOTE / WORK FROM HOME WITH 25% TRAVEL

Expert Technical Solutions has an immediate opening for a Senior Implementation Consultant with one of our premier clients. This role involves 20–40% travel and offers the opportunity to lead transformative ERP projects within the Heavy Equipment Manufacturing and Dealership space.

As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you’ll take ownership of the full ERP implementation lifecycle for our Heavy Equipment Dealer solutions. You will:

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications.
• Conduct end-user workshops, deliver training, and configure solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and user adoption.
• Manage project documentation, oversee functional testing, and provide ongoing support.
• Drive successful deployments of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for Heavy Equipment manufacturers and dealerships.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in software or ERP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and best practices within Heavy Equipment Manufacturing/Dealership operations.
• 5+ years developing functional design and system documentation.
• 3+ years facilitating workshops, training, and user acceptance testing.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% (25% average – mostly in the Midwest US)

Preferred Skills:

• Project management experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
