ReOrbit is a fast-growing space technology company headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, building the next generation of software-enabled satellites for government and commercial customers. As part of our digital transformation and scale-up journey, we are implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) to integrate and optimize our finance, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and project delivery processes.
The ERP Implementation Manager will be responsible for leading, owning, and delivering ReOrbit’s enterprise ERP program, with a strong initial focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM. This role will oversee the successful execution of Phase 2 of our ERP roadmap and ensure the platform evolves to support our accelerated growth. You will work closely with the CFO (Program Sponsor), COO, CTO, and functional leaders across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, HR and Project Delivery.

Responsibilities

  • ERP Program Leadership
  • Lead the strategic direction and execution of ReOrbit’s ERP implementation program.
  • Serve as the primary owner of Dynamics 365 F&SCM implementation across all modules.
  • Drive alignment between ERP capabilities and ReOrbit’s business model and scaling needs.
  • Vendor & Partner Management
  • Manage relationships with Microsoft implementation partners and ensure value delivery.
  • Evaluate partner performance and negotiate future ERP service agreements.
  • Implementation & Roadmap Delivery
  • Oversee completion of Phase 1 go-live (1 Jan 2026) for core ERP functions, including Finance, Procurement, Projects, HR and Supply Chain.
  • Lead Phase 2 delivery (H1 2026) — including advanced manufacturing, quality management, advanced procurement, and analytics.
  • Manage ongoing ERP roadmap, upgrades, and optimization projects.
  • Functional Scope & Process Ownership
  • Ensure ERP supports project-based manufacturing, milestone billing, aerospace compliance, supply chain planning, and procurement best practices.
  • Drive continuous process improvement across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, Projects and Manufacturing.
  • Change Management & Training
  • Build and execute the ERP change management plan to drive adoption.
  • Develop a key-user network across functions.
  • Oversee ERP training programs for end-users.
  • Governance & Reporting
  • Establish ERP governance structure, KPIs, and dashboards.Report ERP program status to executive leadership and the Board.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years ERP leadership experience with at least 2 full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management implementations.
  • Preferred: Experience implementing other Tier-1 ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor M3, IFS) in relevant industries.
  • Proven delivery in project-based industries — preferably aerospace/defense, satellite manufacturing, construction, or engineering-to-order manufacturing.
  • Strong vendor management and partner engagement skills.
  • Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency ERP environments.
  • Deep understanding of Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Project Accounting business processes.
  • Track record in delivering ERP change management and driving user adoption.
  • Ability to work across business and technology domains and engage at C-level.
