Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of ERP solutions including POS, Inventory Management, Purchasing, and Finance & Accounting modules.
  • Assist in system configuration and testing, including accurate data entry and verification of account tagging.
  • Help conduct user training sessions on ERP and POS functionalities, particularly in financial and management accounting.
  • Collaborate with implementation specialists to understand client requirements and adapt system configurations accordingly.
  • Participate in client meetings, system demonstrations, and go-live support activities.
  • Contribute to issue tracking, testing, documentation, and client feedback sessions.
  • Gain hands-on experience with Polaris ERP and POS systems tailored for the F&B industry.
