Description

Following a structured onboarding process, you will gradually assume responsibility for topics along the supply chain. You will receive targeted training in Löwenstein's specific processes and technical details to confidently and competently handle the following tasks:

  • They are the contact person for processes along the supply chain. Their focus is on production planning as well as related areas such as procurement and scheduling.
  • You act as an interface to the specialist department, analyzing, prioritizing, and processing support and process requests independently or in close collaboration with IT, key users, and process owners. You prepare requirements from the specialist departments in a structured manner and support their technical implementation.
  • They support process changes throughout the entire supply chain environment and assist with system tests, updates, new modules and rollouts.
  • They document solutions, transfer knowledge into our knowledge database, and thus contribute to stable and efficient processes.
  • They contribute their own ideas for optimizing our processes along the supply chain and support the further development of our ERP landscape.
  • They support the introduction and further development of our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Supply Chain Management (D365 FSCM) and work on the further development of processes along the supply chain.

What you bring with you

  • They have completed IT or commercial training, a relevant degree, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have experience working with ERP systems, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or a comparable solution.
  • They have a good understanding of processes along the supply chain and are familiar with the interrelationships, particularly in production planning and related fields such as procurement and scheduling.
  • They enjoy understanding user requirements, structuring them, and communicating processes in an understandable way.
  • They are characterized by team spirit, strong communication skills, and personal responsibility.
  • They have very good German skills, both spoken and written, as well as good English skills.
