ERP Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) Focus on Order-to-Cash / Processing

In this IT role, you will work closely with specialist departments and within the IT team, supporting the further development of sales-related processes in the order-to-cash environment. You will contribute your process understanding to our ERP system and help translate business requirements into practical solutions.

With your understanding of B2B and B2C business processes, you'll join our team. Through comprehensive onboarding, you'll learn about our processes, systems, and structures in detail before gradually taking on the following tasks.

Your contribution

  • You are the contact person for sales-related processes in the order-to-cash environment. Your focus is on order processing as well as related areas such as contracts and pricing.
  • You act as an interface to the specialist department, analyzing, prioritizing, and processing support and process requests independently or in close collaboration with IT, key users, and process owners. You prepare requirements from the specialist departments in a structured manner and support their technical implementation.
  • They accompany process changes throughout the entire processing environment and provide support for system tests, updates, new modules and rollouts.
  • They document solutions, transfer knowledge into our knowledge database, and thus contribute to stable and efficient processes.
  • They contribute their own ideas to optimize our processing procedures and support the further development of our ERP landscape.
  • They support the introduction and further development of our ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / Supply Chain Management (D365 FSCM) and work on the further development of sales-related processes in the order-to-cash environment.

What you bring with you

  • They have completed IT or commercial training, a relevant degree, or a comparable qualification.
  • They already have at least two years of relevant professional experience.
  • You have experience working with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or a comparable solution.
  • They have a good understanding of sales-related processing procedures and know the connections between order processing, contracts and pricing.
  • They enjoy understanding user requirements, structuring them, and communicating processes in an understandable way.
  • They are characterized by team spirit, strong communication skills, and personal responsibility.
  • Furthermore, you have very good German skills, both spoken and written, and good English skills.
