We are seeking a highly skilled and quality-driven Integration Lead to play a critical role in our SAP transformation program. This role sits at the heart of a broad functional scope, complex integration environment, and iterative rollout schedule. You will lead the strategic and technical delivery of all SAP-to-SAP and SAP-to-non-SAP integrations across SAP BTP and Boomi, ensuring excellence in design, governance, and execution. This is a fixed-term role until mid 2028, based in Surry Hills, NSW. What we offer: • Opportunities to support your local community through paid community leave • WGEA certified work environment • Flexible working across most roles • A socially responsible workplace, on track to be carbon neutral by 2030 • Great benefits to support your health and wellbeing, including access to discounted products • Mental health support for you and your family through the Sonder assistance program Responsibilities include: Strategic Leadership • Define and maintain the end-to-end integration strategy across SAP-to-SAP and SAP-to–non-SAP integrations • Establish integration standards, patterns, naming conventions and governance processes • Provide strong oversight of System Integrators — challenging design decisions, quality, timelines, and risk management • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, SAP Activate methodologies, security, and program governance • Manage integration risks, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths • Serve as the primary escalation point for all integration matters, reporting progress and decisions to program leadership Hands-on Technical Delivery • Lead integration requirements and design workshops • Review and approve interface designs, mappings, transformation logic, and API specifications • Provide hands-on guidance across SAP BTP (CPI, API Mgmt, Event Mesh) and Boomi • Conduct detailed reviews of SI build artefacts, test evidence, monitoring and error-handling logic • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across BTP, Boomi, APIs, and backend systems Who are you? You’re an experienced SAP integration specialist with a track record delivering integration solutions across complex greenfield SAP implementations. You combine strategic leadership with deep technical expertise, and you’re comfortable overseeing System Integrators while also rolling up your sleeves to solve difficult integration challenges. You are experienced using SAP BTP and Boomi (design, build, review and troubleshoot).

Responsibilities

The role involves defining and maintaining the end-to-end integration strategy for SAP-to-SAP and SAP-to-non-SAP connections, establishing standards, and providing strong oversight of System Integrators.
