The position We are currently looking for an experienced ERP Lead Consultant to join our Enterprise & Business Solutions unit. The successful candidate will lead ERP implementation and transformation projects, manage a team of ERP consultants and act as the primary delivery interface with clients. This role combines project leadership, client engagement and business development support, ensuring successful project delivery while contributing to the growth of our Enterprise Solutions unit. Key responsibilities Lead the delivery of ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines and budget Manage and mentor a team of ERP consultants fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing and professional growth Coordinate capacity planning for professional services in collaboration with the BU Director and Head of Engineering Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout project delivery Support business development initiatives including proposal preparation, RFP responses and Proof of Concept (PoC) activities Contribute to the development of delivery best practices, methodologies and internal ERP knowledge assets Qualifications Proven experience as a Senior ERP Consultant, ERP Project Manager or Lead Consultant Demonstrated experience leading ERP implementations or enterprise system transformation projects Strong client-facing, stakeholder management and presentation skills Experience managing consulting teams or coordinating cross-functional project teams Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, both written and verbal Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Understanding of manufacturing or industrial business processes will be considered an advantage Experience with international ERP platforms will be considered an advantage Benefits Competitive compensation package Private health coverage Opportunity to work with international clients and partners Flexible working model (hybrid – office and remote work) Friendly, pleasant and creative working environment If you are searching for a company and a team that considers your ideas and individual growth, recognizes you for your unique contributions, fills you with a sense of purpose and provides a fun, flexible and inclusive work environment – apply now.
