WHAT YOU WILL BE INVOLVED IN:

  • Lead the global ERP platform strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT architecture
  • Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects including planning, execution, testing, and go-live support
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise ERP performance, usability, and business value
  • Oversee integration of ERP with other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) tools
  • Manage relationships with ERP vendors, consultants, and implementation partners
  • Ensure ERP systems comply with international data privacy regulations and internal security policies
  • Lead daily stand-up meetings and maintain visibility of backlog items
  • Manage and triage Oracle support tickets to ensure timely resolution
  • Facilitate change and release management meetings
  • Work across various Oracle modules (e.g., HCM, Finance) with flexibility on specialisation

Responsibilities

Are you ready to lead the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation at Nova Systems? As our ERP Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of managing and optimising our Oracle ERP and Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud platforms, along with associated systems. This is a strategic role, reporting directly to the Head of ERP Platforms. You’ll be driving platform performance, user experience, and cross-functional collaboration to support Nova’s mission of keeping our nations and people safe and secure. This is an opportunity to shape the future of enterprise technology in a values-driven organisation.
