We are currently looking to fill a permanent full time position for an ERP Manager for our IT department at our Leamington, ON location.
The ERP Manager develops, plans, and implements the ERP system. This position oversees a team of technical workers who operate and run the ERP programs by assigning action items to team members, and act as a subject matter expert for the team, answering questions and providing guidance for all team projects. They also oversee all troubleshooting issues and inquiring to ensure the ERP systems are functioning properly and heling the business run smooth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years Experience in ERP Software, with preferred experience in NAV / BC both Cloud and OnPrem.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated abilities in managing a team including coaching, employee development and achieving performance goals.
  • Experience in SQL, focused on Microsoft SQL, both building and optimizing.
  • Solid Understanding of Microsoft PowerBI and Fabric.
  • A very high degree of confidentiality and integrity is required regarding all aspects of the business.
  • A valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle are required.
  • A valid passport and the ability to travel locally and internationally are required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, reading, writing, listening and oral communication.
  • Ability to work in a fact environment by multitasking and prioritizing work while being attentive to details and quality.
  • Ability to embrace and adapt to the rapid growth, innovation, and development of the company.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex problems with limited information and changing conditions.

  • Works Monday – Friday in office but must be available to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and extended hours as needed for emergency and deployments.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain training programs for new users on NAV/BC and existing users on new business processes in NAV/BC.
  • Build and Maintain PowerBI Reports getting information from Local SQL but also online repositories.
  • Understanding of Microsoft SQL and creating Databases locally to help support ERP and other functions of the company.
  • Maintain training documentation and SOPs for all the operational and financial processes in NAV/BC.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any ERP software issues encountered by users.
  • Analyze business procedures and determine appropriate modules in ERP software.
  • Research and devise new system processes in NAV/BC based on business requirements.
  • Supervise the existing business process in NAV to identify any issues or errors.
  • Work with vendors on different projects to track progress and meet deadlines.
  • Perform testing on new app developments and coordinate new deployments/upgrades with the users and vendors.
  • Communicate with vendors for technical support for server related issues or any other general queries.
  • Gather reporting requirements from different users/departments and prioritize them.
  • Manage the ERP team to allocate projects according to team member’s skillset and track project progress to meet the deadlines.
  • Manage ERP teams’ schedule, project deadlines and performance.
  • Assist data analysts in gathering relevant data from ERP system according to the project requirements.
  • Assist in validating all reports from a finance perspective.
  • Responsible to work with the DevOps team or any outside ERP Software to ensure deployment of the software and training of all users involved.
  • Conduct research into software application products and services in support of ERP and related areas.
  • Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent repeated future problems.
  • Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
  • Record, track, and document the problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution.
  • Identify and learn appropriate software applications used and supported by the organization.
  • Use a Ticketing software to create reports on the team functions and time spent.
