JOB SUMMARY:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for complex IT and business process transition projects, covering production tooling, manufacturing execution, operations, finance, logistics, aftermarket, procurement, and quality. Serve as the primary senior point of contact for this critical programme, bridging technical teams and senior local business stakeholders to achieve strategic alignment and programme success, including the effective management of a programme.
Estimated Allocation of Work:
This includes planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling the various work packages; managing timelines, resources, and budget; risk and issue management; governance and reporting; and ensuring overall programme delivery. To deliver that, you will also ensure a transparent and regular reporting and alerting of your program health and risks to the local PMI leader and to the ERP CoE global organization.
This involves building and maintaining strong relationships with senior business stakeholders on site, transnational implementation teams, and internal Airbus leadership. It includes communication, alignment, expectation management, and facilitating decision-making.
This encompasses managing relationships with both internal and external suppliers, including defining requirements, overseeing delivery, ensuring quality, managing contracts, securing alignments and interdependancies and negotiating terms as needed to achieve programme objectives within budget.
