REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 7 -12 years of experience in ERP pre-sales, consulting, or solutioning (SaaS/Cloud ERP preferred).
  • Strong understanding of ERP modules (Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, HRMS, CRM, etc.).
  • Experience preparing solution proposals, business cases, and ROI justifications.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to translate technical features into business benefits.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High customer orientation with the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP software.
Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

The ERP Pre-Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by providing in-depth product knowledge, technical expertise, and tailored solutions to prospective clients. This role involves understanding client needs, mapping them to ERP capabilities, and demonstrating how HostBooks’ solutions can deliver business value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with prospects to gather, analyze, and validate their business requirements.
  • Solution Design: Map customer needs to ERP product functionalities, proposing tailored solutions.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product presentations and live demos, showcasing value propositions to decision-makers.
  • Proposal Support: Assist in preparing detailed proposals, RFP responses, and solution documents.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with the sales team during the sales cycle, engaging with client executives, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Industry Insights: Provide insights on ERP trends, industry best practices, and competitive positioning.
  • Feedback Loop: Capture client feedback and communicate with product teams to support roadmap enhancement.
