• Project management: Responsibility for the successful implementation of the ERP transformation in terms of budget, time and quality, as well as management of all involved stakeholders from business, IT and external partners.
• Program organization & governance: Establishment and management of a structured program organization including governance, reporting and decision-making processes, as well as definition of the implementation strategy and milestone planning.
• Stakeholder and partner management: Close coordination with the CFO, specialist departments, IT management and other internal stakeholders, and performance monitoring of external implementation partners.
• Architecture & Technology: Collaboration with architecture, infrastructure, application teams and business process managers, as well as decision-making authority for process design, system architecture and ERP configuration.
• Change Management & Go-Live: Responsibility for a structured change and communication concept as well as handover of the system to stable operation
• Looking ahead: Taking over ERP administration and/or assuming management responsibilities is conceivable.
