Kenyon College is seeking applications for an ERP Programmer Analyst in the Information Technology (IT) department. This is a full time position eligible for benefits, limited to a term of five years (August 2025 through June 2030).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

We value both education and experience. A successful candidate should be comfortable with technology, be curious, and love to learn. These are the minimum requirements for a successful candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

These are the preferred qualifications for a successful candidate:

  • Three (3) years of professional experience with management, operation, and support of computing systems, preferably within a higher education environment.
  • Experience with Higher Education ERP Systems, specifically Ellucian Banner: Student, Finance and Human Resource (HR) modules.
  • Knowledge of or experience with common programming languages and ability to utilize APIs.
  • Knowledge of database and application upgrades and testing.
  • Knowledge of SQL programming - design, coding and testing.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages - Python, PowerShell, Perl, etc.
  • Knowledge of Oracle DBMS and Microsoft SQL Server DBMS database administration.
  • Knowledge of Windows server and Linux server operating systems .
  • Experience with authentication and authorization.
