Description The ERP Project Consultant will support the planning, implementation, and optimization of our ERP system. This is a short-term, part-time role focused on ensuring a smooth deployment, improving workflows, and aligning system capabilities with business operations. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Lead and support ERP implementation activities, including planning, configuration, and go-live support Assess current business processes and recommend system-driven improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, supply chain, etc.) to gather requirements Oversee data migration, validation, and system testing Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions Train end users and develop documentation for system processes Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations Qualifications: Proven experience with ERP implementations (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) Strong understanding of business processes across finance, manufacturing, or supply chain Experience with data migration, system integration, and user training Excellent project management and communication skills

Responsibilities
