ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re seeking an experienced ERP Implementation/Project Manager to lead the rollout and ongoing management of our NetSuite ERP system. In this critical role, you’ll drive change, streamline processes, and enable efficiencies across our Australian and US operations, with a focus on production and manufacturing workflows.
You’ll also be responsible for mapping current workflow processes, identifying gaps, and ensuring seamless integration with the new system. After implementation, you’ll oversee ERP system management, ensuring it evolves to meet the business’s needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• ERP System Rollout: Lead the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite, ensuring timely delivery, budget alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
• Workflow Process Mapping: Analyze, document, and optimize existing workflows to ensure smooth integration with the new ERP system.
• ERP Project Management: Oversee the entire ERP project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Change Management: Provide leadership to support team members and SMEs, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption during the rollout.
• Ongoing System Administration: Manage and optimize NetSuite ERP post-implementation, ensuring it continues to meet business needs.
• Project Oversight: Identify and mitigate project risks, maintain documentation, and deliver measurable results.
• Training & Support: Design and deliver effective training programs to ensure user competence and system effectiveness.
