The Professional Services Project Manager, Sr serves as a trusted partner and leader in planning, organizing, managing and delivering client projects.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Experience in the process of implementing an ERP system in a Manufacturing or Distribution environment.
  • Advanced organizational, project management and time management skills.
  • Customer centric, results oriented, self-starter and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage expectations and establishes solid working relationship with Senior
  • Management and executives
  • Mentoring skills
  • May work at client site from time to time.
  • Ability to travel up to 35%

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
3+ years of specialized/industry experience
High school diploma
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
PMP Certification preferred
Can be a member of steering committe

Responsibilities
  • Provides Governance and Oversite for the delivery of Epicor ERP Implementation projects.
  • Manage a portfolio of implementation projects through the complete lifecycle from Sales Handover to Project Close.
  • Lead teams responsible for project delivery, financials, and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain overall control of project schedule, resources, budget and scope.
  • Report status of projects regularly, to ensure project deliverables are completed on time.
  • Manage project risks and proactively create mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure that project plans and work products are based on approved and agreed-upon requirements.
  • Plan and manage project resources and funding.
  • Interact and influence members of cross-functional teams.
  • Responsible for ad hoc and large sized projects.
