Location: Remote (U.S.) Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (with flexible hours during high-volume periods) Employment Type: Remote | Full-time We are seeking a Recruiter with 4 years of recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in the federal contracting space, to support high-volume hiring for Oracle E-Business Financial Suite (EBS) and federal contracting roles. This person will play a key role in proposal staffing and new project ramp-ups, building strong talent pipelines and long-term relationships with candidates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This is a remote position, ideal for someone self-motivated, career-focused, organized, process-friendly, detail-oriented, and an innovative thinker who can pivot quickly between multiple job requisitions. The ideal recruiter has experience recruiting for Oracle EBS Financials or other ERP financial modules, is confident negotiating salaries, focused on W2 hiring, skilled at converting C2C candidates into W2 employees, has at least 3 years recruiting experience in the federal contract space, and a strong desire to grow with the company and build a long-term career in talent acquisition. Standard hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with flexible hours during high-volume periods (such as proposal deadlines and major project ramp-ups). Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, with a strong emphasis on: Oracle E-Business Financials (EBS) technical and functional positions within the federal contracting space. Other ERP financial module roles, as needed Partner closely with hiring managers, capture/proposal teams, and project leadership to: Understand staffing needs for proposals, new projects, and contract expansions. Define job requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes Support all staffing needs, including: Rapid sourcing for key personnel Collecting candidate resumes and required documentation Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, including: Proactive outreach and talent pipelining Regular touchpoints to stay engaged with high-potential talent Building communities of Oracle EBS, ERP, and federal contracting candidates Focus on W2 hiring, including: Proactively identifying and targeting W2 candidates for open roles Successfully influencing and converting C2C candidates to W2 when appropriate and aligned with company policy Lead and manage salary and compensation negotiations, including: Aligning candidate expectations with internal compensation bands and budget Presenting and negotiating offers confidently while maintaining a positive candidate experience Collaborating with HR/Compensation to finalize competitive W2 offers Utilize ATS and sourcing tools to: Post jobs, track candidates, and maintain accurate records Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews Provide a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, documentation and timely follow-up. Adapt quickly to changing priorities, shifting from one JD to another based on proposal deadlines, client needs, and internal priorities. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in recruiting in high-volume environment. Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in the federal contract space, including: Experience recruiting federal contractors (DoD, civilian agencies, or similar) Familiarity with the federal contracting environment and, preferably, cleared roles.
