Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the world of digital transformation? We are looking for a pro-active ERP Roll-Out Consultant, playing a key role in enrolling and supporting a smooth implementation of our new ERP Microsoft D365FO.

The role includes the following main activities and responsibilities:

• Implement our global business process template, including focus on change management activities
• Analyse, design and develop optimised solution requirements to support efficient Operation
• Conduct system testing and support local UAT
• Assist in preparing and validating data during migration
• Provide training and support to local super-users on business processes and ERP functionalities
• Identify inefficiencies in business processes, and suggest improvements
• Co-lead ERP-related initiatives and drive the results

If you are passionate about leveraging ERP systems to drive efficiency and productivity and meeting the following requirements, we would be glad to hear from you.

• Hands-on experience with specific ERP platform, preferably with Microsoft D365FO
• Deep understanding of business processes in either finance or supply chain
• Ability to lead small teams, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional topics
• Comfort with analysing data migration and validating inputs
• Capable of conducting workshops, and simplifying complex concepts
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, proposing pragmatic solutions
• Ability to train and support local super-users on business processes and ERP system functionalities
• Good communication skills to collaborate with many different stakeholders and cultures
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
