We’re seeking a SAP Security & Controls Lead to define, implement, and govern all SAP security, authorization, and compliance activities across our ERP program. You will ensure access controls, segregation-of-duties, role design, and audit requirements are embedded into the SAP landscape while enabling secure and efficient operations. You’ll collaborate closely with BASIS, functional, and process teams, as well as System Integrators, to deliver secure and compliant SAP solutions. This is a fixed-term role until mid 2028 based in Surry Hills, NSW. What we offer? Responsibilities include: Develop and lead the SAP security strategy, policies, and governance frameworks across modules and integrations Design and maintain SAP roles, profiles, and authorization objects, ensuring least-privilege access aligned to business processes Conduct segregation-of-duties (SoD) risk analysis, remediate conflicts, and implement preventive/detective controls Oversee SAP security operations, monitoring, reporting, and compliance metrics across environments Manage user access, role lifecycle governance, and system change approvals in line with corporate and regulatory standards Collaborate with SIs, BASIS, and functional leads to embed security into development, configuration, and integration activities Lead, mentor, and enable teams and business users on security best practices, compliance requirements, and risk awareness Support audits, regulatory assessments, and risk remediation plans Who are you? 10–15+ years SAP experience, with 3–5+ years in a security/controls leadership role SAP Security certified (e.g., System Security & Authorizations) with hands-on experience in roles, authorizations, SoD, and GRC solutions Experienced in audits, compliance reporting, and large-scale ERP implementations with multiple SIs/vendors Strong knowledge of SAP modules, integration points, technical architecture, and security best practices Resilient, strategic, collaborative, and customer-focused, with a passion for secure transformation Agencies please note: this recruitment assignment is being managed directly by Blackmores Talent Acquisition team.
