POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an ERP Software Engineer to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining our on-premises ERP and WMS systems, collaborating across departments to design scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer with a strong background in relational databases, on-premises architecture, and process documentation.

CRITICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical teams and external vendors.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive software architecture and development independently.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Development, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience leading software development projects using relational databases.
  • Proficiency in MSSQL/TSQL and ASPX development.
  • Experience with .NET/C# preferred.
  • Availability to work onsite 3–4 days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a small, agile team of developers, IT staff, contractors, and 3rd-party vendors to support and enhance business-critical applications.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and develop software solutions accordingly.
  • Meet SLA requirements and ensure uptime and support for onsite applications.
  • Develop, test, document, and deploy integrations aligned with organizational needs.
  • Work closely with product teams to align software functionality with business requirements.
  • Architect and maintain efficient onsite software and hardware systems.
  • Design normalized data models and develop consistent application access patterns.
