POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an ERP Automation Specialist to enhance our enterprise resource planning systems through automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Epicor and CAD, as well as experience in ERP implementation and business process analysis. This role is crucial in streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and driving automation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze current ERP processes and identify areas for automation and improvement
  • Implement and configure Epicor ERP systems to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop automation solutions
  • Provide technical support and training to users on ERP functionalities and best practices
  • Conduct data migration activities to ensure seamless transitions to new systems
  • Create reports and dashboards to monitor ERP performance and identify trends
  • Assist in system integration efforts with other business applications
  • Customize ERP modules to better fit the company’s workflows and processes
  • Manage projects related to ERP enhancements and automation initiatives
  • Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience with Epicor ERP and CAD software
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis and supply chain management
  • Experience in ERP implementation and project management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with data migration and user training techniques
  • Knowledge of financial management principles as they relate to ERP systems
  • Experience with system integration, reporting, and customization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
