In order to develop our Digital Technology Department, we are looking for:

• Implementation & Configuration: Participate in ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, user training, and go-live support.
• Support: Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems related to the ERP system. Perform regular system maintenance tasks and identify areas for optimization.
• Business Process Analysis: Identify opportunities for improvement through the use of the ERP system. Work with different departments to understand their requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the ERP system.
• System Integrations: Manage integrations between the ERP system and other applications. Ensure data integrity and seamless data flow between systems.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure the ERP system complies with relevant Otis regulations and security policies.
• Project Management: May be involved in managing small to medium-sized projects related to the ERP syste
