The ERP Strategy and Business Analyst will play a critical role in aligning enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems with organizational strategy and operational needs. This position leads business analysis efforts for ERP Implementation, Customization, and continuous improvement initiatives.The role Bridges stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring ERP solutions enhance efficiency, scalability, reporting, and long-term business performance. Key Responsibilities: ERP Strategy and Planning Business Analysis and Requirements Management Implementation Customization Process Optimization Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Change and Management and Adoption Supervisory Responsibilities Requirements Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Finance, Operations or related Field. 3-7 years of experience in business analysis, ERP Implementation, or systems strategy. Hands-on experience in ERP Platforms (SAP, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite or Similar) Proven experience in ERP systems administration, preferably with Epicor Kinetic. Understanding of business processes in manufacturing, repair, field service and supply chain management. Experience in system integration and customization. Experience in project management. Experience creating detailed reports and dashboards. Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Deep understanding of business process mapping and reengineering. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Project management familiarity (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments). Ability to work and communicate competently within relational databases and related reporting, analytic and dashboards. Preferred Qualifications: ERP certification or relevant system certifications.Experience in multi-module ERP environments (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing) Change management experience.
