THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a proactive and knowledgeable ERP - Production Planning Lead to join our dynamic ERP transformation program on an 18 month Fixed Term Contract. Working from home (with frequent site visits as required), you’ll take full ownership of the planning functionality within our evolving ERP system—leading the design, testing, roll-out, and optimisation of solutions that will shape how we plan production across our network.

• Collaborating with internal site teams and 3rd party vendors to scope, design, and deliver effective ERP planning solutions.
• Leading the testing and validation of ERP outputs to ensure short and long-term supply plans can be managed seamlessly.
• Becoming the in-house expert on ERP planning processes, supporting cross-functional teams and troubleshooting real-time issues in a live environment.
• Developing and maintaining clear, user-friendly training materials, and providing coaching to ensure knowledge is embedded across the business.
• Working through test scenarios independently and alongside key users to ensure robust deployment.
• Monitoring project timelines, flagging risks, and helping ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.
• Supporting the ERP Supply Chain Lead and deputise when required.
• Maintaining a continuous improvement mindset, ensuring systems and tools evolve with the business.
