POSITION SUMMARY:

Overview: ERP Support Analyst will be responsible for the technical and functional support of Blue Cherry Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. ERP Support Analyst will make sure system runs smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with users to optimize its effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Apparel industry experience preferred
• Detailed understanding of Fulfillment Center processes and workflow specifically relating to retail and wholesale inventory.
• Experience with data manipulation in Excel is required
• Bachelor’s degree in technology related field or experience equivalent to a plus
• 3 to 5 years of experience supporting Blue Cherry ERP and Blue Cherry AWS is required
• Experience in the use of and support of EDI transactions
• Strong interpersonal communication, effectively receiving and communicating feedback
• Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  $90,000 - $110,000 base salary (This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this NJ - based position. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other AO employees.)

• Addressing user issues, diagnosing problems, and providing solutions related to the Blue Cherry ERP system.
• Support, maintain and monitor all electronic transactions, ensuring efficient functioning of EDI and compliance of all EDI communication.
• Developing and delivering training materials and documentation to educate users on the ERP system and its features.
• Collaborate with various teams to optimize Blue Cherry efficiency and improve business workflows
